Our professional team will do regular weekly inspection checks to your property to maintain standards. We can also take care of your car, keeping it maintained while you are away, ensuring car tax and insurance are paid and the MOT is done.

Villa Maintenance

When owning a property in Portugal and living in another country it is important that your home here is well looked after and maintained by an experienced and professional company to protect your investment.

  • Inspection of walls, ceilings and floors
  • Adjust and set air conditioners and heaters
  • Check for leaks
  • Run water through all taps and toilets keeping fresh water in the pipes avoiding bad smells
  • Turn lights on/off – Replace bulbs when needed
  • Check that fridges and freezers are working
  • Secure all windows and doors
  • Test smoke detectors and security systems
  • Start cars
  • Ensure all garden and pool services are maintained

Arrival & Departure Checks

Check house has been thoroughly cleaned both inside and out and that all utilities are connected. After departures your home will be completely cleaned.

  • Supply and deliver welcome packs or other additional requests such as flowers, cots and highchairs
  • Check all bulbs and switches for correct working order and replace them if necessary
  • Check correct working order of all appliances and electric machinery
  • Put garden furniture outside
  • Turn on Air Conditioning/heating if requested
  • Fridge/freezer cleared out
  • All linen changed and laundered
  • Patio furniture washed and covered or put away
  • Make sure all doors and windows are properly closed and the alarm is active, if available
  • If last used by guests, check property inventory for breakage deposit return
