Separate Laundry room with washing machine.

Living / Dining Room:

Spacious lounge/dinning area -  patio doors out to terrace/ pool area . Cable TV.  Air Conditioning.  Wi Fi.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:

Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement).  Maid service 3 X  week.

Tourism/City Tax - there is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Loulé city, charged together with the rental-  This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by us with the final accommodation balance and passed  to the local authorities.

The tourist tax is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person, per stay.  – (excluding guests under the age of 16, the tax will NOT be applied.) 

Low season – from 1^st November to 31^st March 

•  €1.00 per person/per night 

High season – from 1^st April to 31^st October

• €2.00 per person/per night
