 The property is a few minutes walking distance to the boardwalk leading to the beach.

Entrance Hall with cloak room leading  to spacious lounge/dining area with access to terrace for outside dining.

Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. 

Stairs lead down to the bedrooms.

CITY TAX

Tourism/City Tax - there is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Loulé city, charged together with the rental-  This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by us with the final accommodation balance and passed  to the local authorities.

The tourist tax is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person, per stay.  – (excluding guests under the age of 16, the tax will NOT be applied.) 

Low season – from 1^st November to 31^st March 

•  €1.00 per person/per night 

High season – from 1^st April to 31^st October

• €2.00 per person/per night
